    3. Karissa, I think you're inspiring me to eat better and take care of my body though I don't think I have much. At least I cut out pork in my food choices.

    4. yes I can relate my left is weaker then my right. what ever side i use the most is the strongest. my trainer said. so Im working on getting more strength on my left side. great video.

    5. I'm just watching this but you remind me so much of me. hahaha. such a sailor mouth. my fiance laughs at me all the time cause I say fuck and shit soooo much haha

    6. I was told that pre workout is not good at all if you do cardio. I have been wanting to try one out but it scares me since I do cardio but I need a kick when I start doing weights. How's it working for you ?

    7. Are you using the Nike belt at the gym now? I'm trying to decide what to use so I can put my phone in to listen to while working out because I hate using those things you put ur phone in on ur arm.

    8. Hey lovely! Just wondering what brand of blender you use for your smoothies? Every one I have tried doesn't blend very well. Yours looks boss!

    9. You need to add some mass on those legs, girl! Skip the stairmaster, pick up some heavy weights and up your calories for juicy gams and booty 😉

    10. You should minimize the cardio if you want to grow the bum 🙂 I'm as thin as you ha but doing short strength training does a lot more than long distance cardio that makes you leaner rather than build the muscle
