SINGAPORE | TRAVEL VLOG 2017 [PART 3]

SINGAPORE | TRAVEL VLOG 2017 [PART 3] (Click for detailed itinerary)

I’ve had an amazing time in Singapore in the beginning of 2017 and I’m extremely proud of these 5 vlogs that I’ve managed to make! I’ve filmed over 1000+ clips and I’m really happy with vlogs and I hope you enjoy them too! I’ll be heading to the states again later this month and I’ll be sharing those travel vlogs with you guys very soon! Thanks for the support as always! x

Detailed itinerary:

1) Uncle Chieng – Ice Cream Sandwich Vendor on Orchard Road
[

There are a lot of ice-cream trucks around Orchard Road. We went to this particular one – Uncle Chieng and he had a lot of photos of celebrities on his cart! You get a lot of options in terms of flavours and the ice cream sandwich itself! Make sure you give it a go if you see the cart!

2) Koh Grill & Sushi Bar
[

Amazing Japanese food! Their signature Shiok Maki is definitely a must-try! Shiok is a Singapore slang that expresses a feeling of happiness and pleasure. The restaurant is located within a food court but the menu and the quality of the food is great value for money! Definitely worth a visit and make sure you are prepared to wait for a table as they often have long lines.

3) Marina Bay Sands
[

The most famous hotel in Singapore with its signature infinity pool. I enjoyed our stay here and it is definitely worth the money! The service, the pool and the overall environment was one of the if not the best hotel experiences that I’ve ever had!

4) Chinatown
[

There is a lot to do in Chinatown! We went during the Lunar New Year so we got to experience what it was like for people to shop and prepare for the new year! There are a lot of food options, cheap and affordable shopping options and a very rich cultural heritage in this part of town!

5) Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice – Maxwell Food Centre
[

Located in the Maxwell Food Centre (Hawker Centre) is this gem! This was the best chicken rice I’ve ever had in my life! The chicken was tender, moist and the sauce was absolutely delicious. The rice however was definitely the hero of the dish! It was fragrant, flavoursome and all round brilliant! We got extremely lucky and didn’t have to wait at all when we went but they do attract a huge queue during lunch and dinner! They also only from Tuesday to Sunday and they do sell out so make sure you plan your trip there wisely!

6) Cloud Forest – Gardens by The Bay
