    1. You did good raphael. People with their rude little comments should go watch other videos if all they are going to do is type hateful stuff. You do not deserve all the negative comments they are leaving you. Like they don't even know you on a personal level neither do I, but from your videos you seem like a really sweet person who just likes to explore different foods and trying to make them yourself. There's nothing wrong with that. Don't let the rude people bring you down just ignore them

    2. As much as I cringe every single time I watch you cook (sorry babe, but the techniques are all over but I don't blame you for that hun), I'd still watch you cook and do want to see you try cooking Asian food cause Asian food requires more prep, takes longer to cook and maybe requires a tad bit more skill.
And by Asian food, I mean Southeast Asia, cause that's where I'm from ?
(And maybe you can tried all kind of Asian food. And maybe, worldwide. Mehehehehe)
      ??

    3. That is overcooked I'm afraid. You're essentially killing the animal again by cooking it like that. Quality beef like that should be cooked properly (medium-rare) and I've made this dish before, so I know
