Apam balik (‘turnover pancake’) is a type of griddle pancake common in Southeast Asia. It is local delicacies usually sold at specialist roadside stalls or hawker stalls throughout Brunei, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. It is better known as Min Chiang Kueh (in dialect) in both Singapore and Malaysia.
There are various variation of this popular local snack, the video is showing the version of the thin crispy crepe version.
