    1. Not clean at all. Plates the olive powder, leaves crumbs on the plate and doesn't pick up the residue. White linen table cloth has a dirty patch in the center from the chef not cleaning his hands after plating each component. No passe towels to wipe off residue from the linens. You need to work on that if you want a Michelin Star

    2. Fair. I ate at WD40 and Gordan Ramsay's London all multi course meals and ended the night comfortably full. You never think it's going to fill you up but by the end of the night, it always does.

    3. Trust me, you'll be full when you get out of there, instead of eating one huge plate you get to eat several amazing plates, people who say you don't get enough food at fine dining or say that you have to go to Mcdonald's after going to a place like this, have no understanding whatsoever of the concept of fine dining, even worse, they never had fine dining and they try to trash it because they want to eat it, but know they will never be able to afford to…
